Ezzyt.com is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the terms outlined below. This policy complies with Florida state law and applicable U.S. federal consumer protection regulations.
Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Do not send your item back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through Ezzyt.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned under any circumstance:
- Installed or used appliance parts
- Electronic components
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital software products
- Personal care or hygiene-related items
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with these guidelines.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items returned with missing parts not due to our error
- Any item not in original condition
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, contact us by email at info@ezzyt.com and include your order number and photos of the damage.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for expensive items. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns must be shipped to our designated return address (provided upon approval of return request).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card) within 5–7 business days.
